About
I had two lovely, and very different, grandmothers: Margaret and Isabella. Margaret never went by Margie, and Isabella always went by Bella. To me, they were both Gramma. I inherited some of their treasures from earlier days – baby bird scissors, rose bud buttons, crochet hooks of ivory, bits of lace, wooden spools, hemming trim, and embroidery needles unequaled for fancy work. Things of making. Things well loved.
I’m a west coast Canadian artist who makes hand-painted textiles. Each product is unique and made with love, years in the making.
